Ilan Lev Method
The Ilan Lev Method works toward improving human capabilities and removing functional difficulties through treatments in which the patient’s body is gently moved, creating a rich dialogue between the patient and practitioner. Movement returns to parts of the body where communication has been cut off due to physical or emotional stress, facilitating the breakdown of suboptimal patterns and creating space for the discovery of new possibilities. The treatment results in relief of pain, improved circulation, richer range of movement; stress and emotional density in the body are reduced, physical and emotional injuries can be processed and patients feel refreshed, happy and energized.
I facilitate explorations with Ilan Lev Method in three different forms.

Reflections
“I felt more free, calm and powerful - gaining a better understanding of the role the body plays in both my physical and mental well being.” -Dya, Berlin
“What an amazing feeling to forget how your body feels and rediscover it without all the little dysfunctions one collects over time… to gain awareness of some body parts that I, it seems like, never really knew of.” - Lukas, Berlin
“Sarah opened avenues in my body and breath that have been locked for years. Full of joy, Sarah made space for my body to rediscover pathways to help expand and soften. ” - Kelly, New York
“A lot of laughter, care, wiggling, and release... I can very much recommend Sarah's treatment to anyone who wishes to access more sensitivity and availability. “- Samuli, Helsinki
