SouldBody: The Medicine of Movement

  • Fusion by M 30 Tomtebogatan Stockholm, Stockholms län, 113 38 Sweden (map)

A Mini-Retreat for Inner Balance and Presence

Give yourself five hours of space to land, listen inward, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

SoulBody is a calm and supportive mini-retreat where you are invited to slow down, soften, and deepen your connection to yourself.

Through hands-on bodywork, somatic movement, meditation, and creative exploration, we create space for balance, presence, and gentle renewal. No previous experience is needed — all bodies and backgrounds are welcome.

During this afternoon together, you will experience:

  • Hands-on bodywork to release tension and awaken the body’s natural flow

  • Guided somatic practices to reconnect with your inner rhythm

  • Meditation to ground and calm the nervous system

  • Creative, playful movement to explore freedom and ease

  • A safe, supportive space for rest, self-discovery, and inner nourishment

  • Tools for sustainable well-being you can carry into daily life

Whether you’re seeking emotional release, physical ease, or simply a deeper connection with yourself, SoulBody offers a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern somatic science to awaken the healer within.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and alive.

No experience needed – all bodies welcome.

There will be a 45 minute break and fika will be provided.

We look forward to welcoming you.
