Sarah regularly offers classes and workshops in a range of forms from somatic research (Ilan Lev Method), yoga as well as contemporary dance technique and improvisation.

Sarah has extensive teaching experience across the USA, Asia and Europe at Stockholm University of the Arts/SKH (SE), Balettakademien Stockholm (SE), Danscentrum Stockholm (SE), Danscentrum Väst (SE), Danscentrum Syd (SE), Norrdans (SE), Sommardans Gävle (SE), ShantiLoco Retreats (SE), Tanzfabrik Berlin (DE), Marameo (DE), Dock11 (DE), Perdiance Capezio Center (US), Mark Morris Dance Center (US), Houston High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (US), Metropolitan Dance Center (US), Dancers’ Workshop Jackson Hole (US), Philippine National High School for the Arts (PH) in addition to several schools in Laos, Indonesia, The Philippines and South Korea.
